Swish is a attraction ticketing portal owned by Sea Wheel Travel Pte Ltd. This service offers attraction tickets in Singapore to public at a discounted price and convenience from queueing up. Anybody can simply access the website and start buying the tickets comfortably from their seat at home.
UI/UX Design
The original website's usability is lacking on system feedback so the user is unsure if their actions performed is being acknowledged or not. For example, adding items to cart but no confirmation message was written on screen. The design decision for the user flow & every page's layout with UI elements were carefully researched. Each element of intercation is decided based on finding the best practices to avoid confusion & frustration, information overwhelming and clear feedback on user's decision.
Swish website is also build on responsive Bootstrap 3 with AngularJS framework. Upon completing the static website, the codes are handed over to the developer for further development with database integration.
Aside from the website, the HTML mail was originally sent in plain text during development. I offered my expertise to design and build a proper HTML mail for this website's use.
